This week will see our press release however to all our friends and loyal customers we would like to inform you about this weeks news hot off the press. On Tuesday Platform 1 was prosecuted by Bristol City Council for a poorly lit fire exit!! The incident dates back to March of this year.

This exit was in fact the 3 Coqs main entrance that had gone bankrupt and their power had been shut off. We had alternative safety procedures in place for our customers however the Council did not take this or the endless emails to the landlord asking for him to rectify the situation as we could not enter another property to put the power back on. We had masses of proof contacting the landlord asking to rectify this as it is his responsibility however Bristol City Council took no notice of this. Our solicitors will be counter suing the relevant parties as we feel this is a huge miscarriage of justice.
